Your Mindset Muscles Membership, offering twice-weekly live sessions on Zoom, gives you all the tools, techniques and motivation you need to whip your mindset into shape.

How It Works

Step 1

You prepare for the session, by getting your writing materials ready and deciding what you most want to work on right now. It doesn’t matter if you are working on your mindset about attracting a partner, and the person virtually “next to you” is focused on weight loss. You will be guided to personalize the processes to your specific goal and beliefs.

Step 2

You arrive at the session on your PC or other device, and we start our warm-up. This involves writing down your area of focus for the session and the answers to a few questions about your current mindset and desired outcome in relation to the area you have chosen.

Step 3

We work through four stages which are designed to meet the following goals:

  • to pinpoint what is and isn’t working for you in regard to your target area
  •  to apply processes that allow you to begin adjusting aspects of your mindset that are working against you and to strengthen the aspects that are helpful
  •  for you to develop personalized exercises that you can use not only during the session, but afterwards as well

Step 4

You practice and apply the exercises that you have created during the session, and look forward to the burst of energy and clarity you will get from our next session.

Your Mindset Muscles Membership

Each live 40-minute session is held via Zoom, and for a monthly membership fee of just $99USD, you can join as many of the twice weekly sessions as you want each month.

Times of the sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday at 9.30am EST. Members will receive the meeting information prior to each session in order to be able to join the session.
